Actually, I did great throughout the week, but on Saturday went to the Indy Car qualifiers in Sonoma and was blessed/cursed with a suite that had some good eats. Then of course, we had fondue for dinner that night. Oh, well – the road is long, I reckon. The good news is that I had a Dr appt on Thursday who essentially gave me a clean bill of health - she'd like to see me lose 10 more lbs and drop 10 points off of the bad cholesterol, but other than that, we're looking good, Billy Ray!

    118.4 as of yesterday morning. This is down .6 from the prior week. I'm happy with that. I would like to be slightly below 118 by next Monday. Started in December at 158. Almost down 40 pounds, went from obsese, to overweight and now technically normal on the BMI chart but my body fat is too high yet so I am still overweight. Goal is 110.

    Ordinarily I average 1200 calories a day, which brought me down a good pound a week for months. Currently averaging 1350 a day. This is causing a bit of flip flop in the weight loss.
