Strawberry Narrows

Hi,

Okay...so I ride 14 to 25 miles 4 to 5 times a week on the rode. Today I went up with some friends and road up around the Strawberry Reservoir. 8 miles each way for total of 16 miles total. It demonstrated how I am not yet in shape.

But it was beautiful and I did have a great time. This time next year should be better!!!

Later,

Shawn

I find it easiest to use an online hosting site and download my pictures there. I use Picassa. Other options are Photobucket and Flicker. You follow their instructions for downloading your photos on the site. After the photo is downloaded they often provide you several link options, including ones to use online. You copy the link and past it here. Make sure that it is between an . Picassa allows you to "copy the image URL" when I right click on an image I downloaded. I copy it and then paste it between .
