2011 Participants - Welcome newbies!!!
I started in January at 158 pounds, putting me well within the obese category. My ideal weight is only about 100 pounds. I lost pretty steadily at about a pound a week for months. Now I have been sitting on a plateau for a month, varying between 115 and 118. Today I am 115.5. The plateau was a result of me eating more and experimenting somewhat with maintenance. But I need to get down to at least 110 so back restricting calories to about 1200 to 1300 a day, losing about a half a pound a week.
My goal for next week: Between 114.5 and 115.

I had been down to 282 and settled in... Couldn't lose, but wasn't gaining. Then, I fell off the wagon and such for . But got a fire again... I had made it back to 294 and needed to do more. I had suffered some injuries, got better, had new injuries. Work schedule was odd. And then my biggest setback of all. My bike crash. In the hospital for 3 weeks. I lost 10-15 pounds in the hospital. Haven't been keeping good track otherwise. But I am being conscious of what and how much I'm eating. Always sipping water. I know some of the continued loss is my body healing. At some point soon, I need to set goals again. And get a plan of whats next.
