Inexpensive Tall Cycling Jacket Options

I've been looking for a size XXL Tall cycling jacket that is wind resistant and water resistant. I'm about 6' 7" tall so I need plenty of sleeve length. Any tall dudes out there with ideas?

Although it is not technically a cycling jacket, I got a golfing wind breaker at a big and tall shop that I wear. Good enough for me.
