I'm in. Topped 150 in November, so I'll shoot for 200 this month.

Let's aim at another 200 this month, since I'm unlikely to be doing another silly long ride.

Worked it out with my boss to come in early 2 days a week so I can leave early and ride in the evening. If it works out, I think 250 is possible; although I was helped by a 100 mile weekend total over Thanksgiving.

Yeah, agree. We have pretty flexible working hours. I did ask him about starting later in the morning (9:00ish) but that was shot down instantly because I'm the only one here early to have "coverage" for user support. But that was OK because the early workday is probably better anyway.

Sorry to hear your request was denied.

No idea how much I'll get this month. Usually by now we'd have over 1 foot of snow on the ground, yet there's none. Going to bike to get groceries later today, which is one more ride than I expected to have in December...

In for 320km (200 mi) since I barely beat that number last month.

I'll be even happier if I can beat 400 km (250 mi).

And if I can hit 457.09 km (284.02 mi) in December, that'll put me at a nice round 2000 km for the year.

2011-12-01: 10.07 km (309.93 / 389.93 / 447.02 to go).

I am not sure what I am going to do. I only got 72 miles in last month mostly due to weather. I leave for Texas in a week and will be at our home base there December 15. Odds are that I will not ride until then. So, I guess I'll say a 100 miles.

I'll shoot for 100, and hopefully pass it. I hit 110 in November, with half the month having a bike in disrepair. This month's going to be much colder, and even darker, but I'm willing to give it a go.

1/1 - 23 miles (http://connect.garmin.com/activity/132081411)
========================================================
23/100 (23%) month, 3242/3000 (108%) year

Went grocery shopping as I had completely run out of food. Additionally it was a beautiful day out, compared to the nonstop rain we've had for the last 4 days. Freezing cold but I didn't mind. Decided to take the road bike and use my Ortlieb panniers. It was a smashing success, had my biggest grocery haul ever, at 25 pounds. Once I get my front rack I'll be able to double that.

Heart rate was abnormally high today, not sure why. Perhaps my body had grown complacent with the lounging around I did for the past 4 days. Blah. It's going to be great this weekend again though, so I'll definitely be getting in more miles then.

Decided to shoot for 100 miles this month. Nowhere near my average month... but hey, that's 100 more than I intended to do when the year began!!

I am going to shoot for 100 miles if the weather holds out here in PA, but any riding at all is better than no riding. I know this weekend I will get some miles in but not to sure after that as OLD MAN WINTER is to set in next week only time will tell.

Hehe... we'll see. I'm aching to get on the ski trails though... so the minute the snow starts sticking I'm switching to winter sports! My body needs it, I feel I've completely plateau'd my weightloss by sticking with cycling for so long. Need to switch things up.

Ortlieb Sport/Bike Packer Plus's, in yellow. I originally wanted the blue ones to match the bike, but Neil convinced me visibility > cosmetics, so I got the yellow ones. They look spectacular on the blue bike regardless. Though I expect many people will assume I'm a Michigan fan now...

My December ride goal is 200 miles. So far I've ridden 16 miles and I will now sacrifice a cager with poor social skills who forgets what a turn signal is to ensure a snowless December.

If I can get a few nice days, I'd like to get around 200 in for December, but no promises. It's cold and I don't like the cold anymore.
