Feel a little better today as I finally had a chance to get out and ride yesterday. It was sunny and 75 degrees. Today (Saturday) and tomorrow - I'm off and the the weather is miserable. Rainy and in the low 40s. Possibility of snow was in the forecast overnight for higher elevations in our area - where I live.

Official weigh-in this morning, lost .6 pounds! Today I hit exactly 20 pounds lost since the OP 13 weeks ago. My Blood Pressure this morning is 116.75 over 71, Resting HR is 47.5 . . . Thank you Weight Watchers, Thank you Aerobic Walking, especially Thank You The Rig!!

Average weight loss a little over 1.5 pounds per week, I am very close to 1/3 of the way to my goal weight.

The girlfriend and I started on the Cambridge Diet on Jan. 2nd this year. We have both lost just short of 4 stone. That's 56lb's for anyone not used to the English stones. I think I've uploaded my Excel graph of my weight loss from my home weight check. My initial weight with our consultant was 5lb heavier than on this chart but only 2lb heavier on Saturday morning. The pink and yellow lines are my interim and final targets. The dashed red line is my predicted weight loss patter. I'm on track for my 2nd target in the next 2 weeks. Already at BMI of 25.

So the WW at work program I just started has the same leader as the meetings I attended last year.

One thing I've noticed is how much they are pushing the (overpriced) snack bars and smoothies. This same leader wasn't selling to the same degree when I attended regular meetings with her last year. The WW-branded stuff was always presented as "hey, we stock it, this happens to be on sale, but no pressure" bu this year the meetings start and end with pushing product, to the detriment of teaching the basics of the Pointsplus program to beginners.

I know. I sometimes feel the same way. You can get their bosses number and drop a line as let them know. I also know it is a fine balance for edcuation/selling. At the end of the day, I do not listen to their sales pitch. I just ignore it or, lately, I love to look on the back of the packages and make a better version at home.

1.3 on Tuesday, it's gone now LOL!

This weekend consisted of being at Great Wolf Lodge for my daughters birthday, dinner at the Brewery and lunch at Red Robin....yea I stood no chance with burgers and beers being presented to me.

I weighed in this morning and I am down .9 for the week. I will certainly accept it because my birthday was last weekend and we ate at Sonic on Saturday for lunch, and a local ice cream shop (more on this in a moment) for dinner on Saturday. We then had pizza on Sunday. So, I am pleased with the loss for the week.

I went on vacation three weeks ago and I gained 3.8 lbs in a week. After two weeks of being back on the program, I still have about a pound left to lose to get back to my pre-vacation weight.

The ice cream place I mentioned earlier is Fenton's. They have two locations here in the SF Bay Area. At the end of the movie "Up", they show the little boy and the old man sitting in front of an ice cream restaurant named Fenton's. The original Fenton's location isn't far from the Pixar Studio's and the Pixar employees would often have lunch and Fenton's. They decided to incorporate the restaurant into the movie.

Best of luck and continued success to all this week!!! Onward...and downward!!

I keep plodding downward! This week's weigh-in 253.2, lost 1.8 pounds. In the 14 weeks since I posted the OP, I've lost 21.8 pounds at a rate of 1.6 pounds per week! Onward and downward!

Everyone will have off weeks friend! Tomorrow's another day. One of the important points of WW is that we look at the picture as a whole, so even though we misstep from time to time the whole image is still good. You're still doing a great job, let's not allow the occasional trip-up to discourage you!

Down 2.4lbs this week. Over 22lbs since Jan 29 feeling pretty good about that. I don't have any meetings I can go to in my area. The only one that takes place when I'm not working is at the same time as our Friday morning ride and I don't think the meeting would be as helpful as that 2 hours of punishment at the hands of my friends so I don't face any sales pressure on WW products. But I do depend on you guys to give me the peer pressure I miss from the meetings. And hearing of your progress helps me with mine

I'm right behind you my friend. I'm at 256.4lbs. My riding has improved dramatically over the same 3 months. I can't wait to see how much easier it is to climb hills at 200 to 225lbs.

Great job! I need to get back on the wagon. I have been eyeing the horse and he is now in fear that I will eat him.

I'm still around... I was up last week by 2.4! This past week I started a new job, so it's been really crazy! I've managed to watch what I've been eating, but I've fallen off on my tracking. We'll see how the weigh in goes tomorrow.
Riding just hasn't been happening mostly due to the weather and life happening. I did, however, walk the Illini 5k on Friday.
Riding doesn't look too good this week either, as they're calling for rain every day this week!!
Good luck to all this week!

I am with ya. My tracker has not seen any love. Took an 83 mile ride yesterday and I actually think I consumed more calories then I burned!
