In short, stopped eating $hit (cadbury cream eggs and reeces PB eggs), tracked everything, and rode a lot.

Those PB eggs are the devil. I don't know why but they are better then regular PB cups. I think I got my fill for a while.

Weigh in this morning...lost another 2lbs. I almost fell off the scale...was a nice surprise!

Congrats on the loss chef. I haven't been online lately and thought I'd better check and see what's going on. I was thinking it was time to start riding to my meetings on Saturday mornings when I don't have to work in the afternoon. I'm managing to stay on track and did a great job on handling Easter by not bringing any candy into the house. I have treated to myself to some ginger coated in dark chocolate and counted the points. (had to estimate them).

the family didn't have an autopsy done be the doctors said he probably had a clot that dislodged (he went to his doctor with a funny feeling in his chest) and went onto his heart. thanks for the thoughts and prayers.

Weighed in today and down 3 pounds. Because of a typo, when I initially put it in, I accidentally said I was down 103 pounds. My daily allowance drastically dropped. When I changed it back to the right weight, my allowance is now 5 points/day higher than it was last week. Will just try keeping it to what it said last week regardless of what the computer says this week.

Congrats on the loss.
I was only down 1 lb a week for the past couple weeks but over the last couple months thats how it goes and then I have a 6# loss.
I look at it over a month and as long as I am loosing 4-10 lbs a month I am happy.
The advantage to loosing weight slow is your skin shrinks with you.

Great going, gang!

I had another good week, down 2.8, 16.8 total. The plan is working, I'll keep working the plan.

Stay tough, everyone.

A 103 pound weekly weight loss usually indicates a double amputation lol. My wife said to me "Do you want to lose 50 pounds of ugly fat? Cut off your head!" She was just kidding. You were, right Dear? Darling?

I weighed in this morning and was down .4lb so I'm back down to my lowest weight. I was telling my leader this morning that I just wished when I have good weeks in tracking, activity etc it would show on the scale as a 1-2lb loss instead of these .2 and .4 of lbs. I mean I'm glad it's a down but sometimes it's discouraging when other members are losing multiple pounds every week. Oh well. I'm dropping my daughter off to get her hair down this afternoon and it's sunny (and it was supposed to be raining) so I'm going to put the bike on the car rake and head for a ride while she's getting her hair done.

Hey Group,

I know this is cheating but whatever! I did a 80 mile training ride, with 3000' of climbing, today in anticipation of my first real bike race next Saturday. My post ride weight was 200.2

Dropped my daughter off at the hairdresser and drove to a convenient place to park along the trail and headed out. I did almost 23km. It was sunny but windy. Stopped off at a farm market and got a drink and headed back in. I made it back to the car just as the forecasted rain started. It was a great ride and nice to not have to ride in the rain. Have a great week everyone and good riding.

I'm doing online but I bet the more involved you get, as in meetings, the better.

Why just online versus meetings? Can you do both?

chef wrote me up meal plans a month at a time and has educated me about food. Maybe it's time for me to join.

Yes and here's why. WW's points system has been a much better teaching tool than counting calories. It's the first software that has got me actually watching portion control. I suspect WW has spent a good deal of time and money on the psychology of eating.
