Back after my first extended lay off

After 4 years of steady riding, I took my first extended lay off this winter. I took almost 3 months off after Thanksgiving until last week. My first ride back was a commute. Probably a mistake.....I forgot about the sore arse thing. The ride in was great, but painful on the way home. Since then I've done two 20 milers.

The lay off was good. I think I needed it because I was feeling burned out on the bike. Problem is that I gained 10 pounds. The weight should drop quickly as soon as I start doing longer rides.

Oh well......it's great to be back in the saddle!! And back on BF!!
