Hi All, It's been a long time coming, but I finally hit 180 lbs. For me I had to change the word "diet" to "lifestyle". I have always rode bicycles, so while it's my preferred activity I was still able to gain 55 lbs. I'm sure the weight gain, which came about over a few years, would've been greater had I been a couch potato.
If I have a pearl of wisdom to pass along, perhaps it's just to take the weight off slowly and steadily.
