Thanks! That's what I told Gina. I'm going to get something like this that says "Dad' and place it somewhere on her bike.

Hate the word cancer and what it does and has done to your family and beloved Gina. God be with you all.

I hate to see good folks have hard spots in their life. I try and remember the positives of the relationship vs the recent events.

I hope her healing is quick.

Thanks! One thing I am thankful is that the mortuary did an excellent job dressing him up. It was somewhat a relief to see him that way vs suffering on the bed. I think she and the family were pleased and this will help in the healing process.

Very sorry to hear of Gina and your loss. Sounds like Gina's dad was a super guy and dad to have all that support in his twilight. It puts everything in perspective - people in your life are everything.

Cancer is nasty stuff... it claimed both my mother and mother-in-law. You and Gina have my deepest sympathy.

My condolences to you, Gina, and your families. I have to admit this news hits close to home for me; I lost my father to cancer 13 years ago next week. Gina is probably too swamped in grief at the moment to recognize this fact, but her dad will always be with her, even if he's not here. With time she'll understand. In the meantime I'm praying God give her comfort, and He give you strength for both yourself and Gina.

My thoughts go out to both of you and his extended family.

My father passed away three years ago tomorrow... sigh.

We never stop missing our loved ones; it just gets somewhat easier to deal with after some time has passed.

Best wishes to all of you as you go through the grieving process.
