There are a number of things we who have lost weight can do to maintain out lose; weight daily or at least regularly (weekly); continue to log/monitor food intake; KEEP MOVING!!!!!!!

WOW, great work! Good Golly MISS MOLLY! Sorry, I couldn't resist. Words like Fox, Vixen and Brick house come to mind. You need to buy a taser to keep them boys at bay!

It depends on when I actually get the money for it. lol. I'm waiting for my ex-bf to pay me back out of his taxes (he's getting audited so he hasn't received it), but I could possibly never get that back. Unfortunately, it's enough for a Podium 2 right there.

I really like the Matte black...I believe that's the podium 4, maybe 3 2012.
If I don't get that money back, I'll probably buy a podium 1.

My grandma would call me Molly McButter. I've never been able to get rid of that one....

And actually, I just(3 days ago) broke up with my BF because he didn't show me and attention or affection; bring on the men. lol.

I was 204.2 this morning which means 100.8lbs lost. I have a feeling though that may be water weight loss or empty digestive system. Even so, it was very exciting to see that number. I stood on the scale for a minute just looking at it; I stepped off and on again to make sure it was accurate. We'll see what happens.

HAHAHA. I saw a guy friend I used to date last year; I hadn't seen him in probably 8 or 9 months. He said I was skinny and I looked like Lindsey Lohan...... O_o And that I'm anorexic. lol. I laugh as I am technically still classified as obese (for about another 2 lbs).

Losing friends and "significant others" as th P.C. crowd puts it is a common occurrence for those of us that's lost a lot of weight. Like it or not we're not the same person we were before. It makes me wonder at times what the relationships were really based on. I doubt I'll ever find out as I don't want to burn any bridges.

+1 on old flames looking you up. So far that's been interesting for me, but then again I'm not the same person with a more attractive exterior. I think that's what they expected.

This is an old thread where we got into some of this. https://www.bikeforums.net/showthread...rson-Mentality

I hope you've checked out the before and after sticky. You'll find that there's many here that know what you're going through. https://www.bikeforums.net/showthread...fter-Pics-here!

wow. Congrats! The pictures show you smiling and looking great, but most of us know how much pain and hard work it took to get there.
