weight loss/gain woes!!!!!
Soo since i'm a newb i'll give some back story. January 2011 i went to doc...weighed in at 410lbs. :cry: and my blood sugar was rocketed. So ok fatty time to drop weight so i went full keto and dropped 75lbs by july *woot* than kinda slipped off the diet path for a month. Jumped onto a modifiedversion of the diet and started to do lifting at gym...welp the holidays were hard on me diet wise but i have progressively been lifting alot and building muscle. Well i restarted diet (cyclical keto diet) and added some stationary biking to the mix.....well as of a week ago i bought a bike and have been getting into riding around and am averaging 10-14mph14mph for 3-6a miles a day. So i have been trying to better health but scale keeps climbing. I'm now at 365 from 335...its sooo damn frustrating. So i come to you my new found(hopefully) friends. Do ya think the weight gain is muscle, should I be setting any certain goals on the bike. Have ya noticed increased weightgain/loss when you started cycling. Sorry i know i just dumped a ton of info on ya. Any info would be helpful thanx in advance.
