In the mid-way point Issac, I'm goldilocks like that. Too early, I never make it. Too late, the party never started.

Chris, I told you about good girl. That whiskey was for you for introducing me to something other than Euro trance and black metal before I think I spilled it on you while trying juggle my long islands. Poor whiskey shot.. it was the good stuff too, I'm pretty sure.

Wasn't on packed limestone, some good roads and others not so good. Pretty flat from what I am used to. I thought I was in Florida where the 'terrain' is a ditch on the side of the road. I swear I watched the same dog run away for the first hour.

Thanks!

and I am not changing my computer, it's only off 1 mph. You just have to learn to keep up . Besides, that lets me sandbag

That's adorable that you think so highly of me but alas no, my bibs will stay on. Please feel free to demonstrate what you meant though, just let me get through my bottle of Jack first, some blurry memories are a good thing.

No, I enjoy having a good time. I don't need drugs to do it, and I'll remember it the next morning.

Unleash or not unleash...Decisions

Ya know what, Neil? Sounds like you're feeling froggy, why not take the direct approach instead of directing that at Paisan in characteristic passive aggressive style?

Goes something like "You wouldn't know a good time if it *****slapped you with a glitter skull belt. Your space at the pouty section is getting cold, you needn't have left it as soon as you heard someone else was enjoying themselves".

Ya know, that's just an example. It's called reaching down and being direct if you're gonna be an a$$hole.

We were being facetious here in jovial tone.

Maybe you should. It would probably loosen you up a bit so your panties won't be twisted so tight all the time.

Seems like you and your girlfriend are the only ones getting anything twisted here. Rest of us are just having a good time.

So Ibohunt, are you in for CASA in two weeks? I'll be riding the 'offroad' route on the C & O - I'm in no condition for the road ride and those WV hills.

Jealous much? Excuse me for the lack of googly eyes and exaltation. Really, it's probably because I prefer men with real cojones, I'm picky like that. The ones that say things in person not with E-penis that needs a daily stroking by the herd and makes side of mouth comments. Standing up to woman is something I can respect, because really if you can't stand up to a mere woman, how in the hell are you gonna stand up to kings?

My siggy is a reference tool on that btw.

that's a great average speed. If you drop your average heart rate you can do another 20 for sure. I did a 130 mi ride last year by simply taking my time and keeping fueled up. At some point the challenge becomes just a matter of how fast can you do the 100 mi. I could not keep a 16mph average up for even 80 mi so kudos to you. It's only a question of finding the right heart rate/speed to allow yourself to do 100 or more miles.
BTW..the home made energy bars didn't happen unless you post a recipe...
