Any supplements to take while losing weight?

I'm down to 212 (5'10-5'11), and I've been thinking more and more about nutrition. Right now I'm aiming to lose 2 lbs/week (tracking on LoseIt), but I think I'm going to slow my pace once I hit 200 (my goal is 177) to 1 lb/week in order to gain appreciable fitness while I'm losing. That said, I've been thinking about dietary supplements, and I'm thinking about making some a part of my regular routine. Currently, I take nothing but ranitidine (Zantac) for a stomach condition, but I'd know people's opinions on multivitamins and supplements like Omega 3, CoQ-10, and fish oil supplements in relation to weight loss and added fitness. When I start my more fitness oriented portion of my journey, I'll probably start taking some form of protein (whey, most likely) after I workout, but I'm totally ignorant of my options beyond that.

I take fish oil supplements for the potential blood pressure benefits, and a glucosamine-Chondroitin supplement for my knee joints. (Torn meniscus in '03 and broken kneecap last year)

Nothing that I consider a supplement for weight loss. I'm trying to address that by just eating better. I've even learned to like broccoli. I've always hated broccoli. Well, maybe "like" is too strong a word.

Fish oil is great. It has multiple health benefits.

I also take a multi from GNC. After spending months analyzing my nutrition, I started using multis to fill in the gaps, if you will. That's all I take regularly though.

Primal Fuel is a great protein supplement. Unfortunately, since my diabetes diagnosis I've had to lay off because the whey protein makes my blood sugar spike.

I am a born again Paleo/Primal Blueprint person. I had irritable bowel syndrome for seven years. Seven years of taking a daily supplement. If I missed a day, I would be really screwed up for three days. I started eating Primal and the IBS went away. I no longer have IBS. Had high blood pressure...blood pressure is now normal and I got to stop taking BP meds. Now I'm working on the diabetes. I've dropped 25 lbs since January, and my hemoglobin A1C dropped from 11.6 to 8.9. The doctor says if I continue to improve, I can probably control the diabetes without drugs. A good thermogenic will aid in weight loss, however, I personally don't think it's worth it. The supplements I listed above are only taken because I also weight lift. If you don't weight lift I would take fish oil and a multi-vitamin, nothing else. Green tea is also good, but again, I don't like it.

As long as you are heart healthy the best I've tried is Oxyelite Pro. You have to try just a couple caps to test your tolerance.. This stuff with ramp up your metabolism and will make you sweat.. Take 1 right before a ride and you will be flying.. This is obviously not for everybody and if you are caffeine sensitive, it is not for you..

I started taking 100mg niacin after my optometrist said I have cholesterol in my eyeballs. It works the small vessels in my hands have better circulation where the handlebars tend to cut it off.
