Hello all, my name is Jeff and I'm new to the forums here though I've been reading here for a while. Been working on getting back into shape after getting up to my all time high weight some time last year, and having not been on the bike regularly for a couple years. I started last Dec with changing how I was eating and tracking and keeping myself accountable to how much I was consuming. That got me down about 25lbs in a about 3 months, but I've been stalled out at that for the past couple months now so I've finally started throwing the exercise factor in to the mix, and have been feeling pretty good, though I haven't seen any real movement on the scale yet.
Good job on the weight loss. I'm at a similar point myself. Keep after it, it is definitely worth it to feel better. I find that I am missing the bike riding when I can't do it (like this past week when I've been watching kids while the wife is out of town). Keep up the good work, and welcome to the forum.
