getting my first bike FINALLY! need to do some mods.
 

Good morning everyone!

so im finally getting my first bike! before you all get too excited its nothing magnificent. its just a run of the mill bike my dad no longer uses and wants out of his house. the brand is a CCM X-Volt. (it'll do for now. plus free is a hell of a good price) 21 speed grip shift.

my question is this. im currently at 320 lbs. i know from previous experience that the pedals and arms and bearings that house all these components together tend to not last me very long. where can i buy quality gear that will be able to take my weight as well as some abuse. (as in when im climbing hills standing etc etc.)
