Even 2 weeks after my heart attack, still hitting the gym (albeit on a very reduced exercise routine), restricted to riding inside on the trainer (also very reduced), sticking to my dietitian's advice, our scale said 200 pounds this morning. That was my weight loss goal. That said, I am going to continue doing what I have been doing, maybe get to 190 before going on the maintenance part.
So, I guess in the next few days I will "no longer be a Clyde". That said, I hope no one minds if I stick around, as this is one of the 2 best sections on this forum (50+ is the other IMHO).
