Since you're here I assume you're OK with used, check eBay as well, just start by searching Canari. There's lots of lightly used jerseys there, also bike shops selling off unsold stock cheap.

Hello everyone 5'10 230 here looking for a pair of bibs. If no one has any they are looking to get rid of I would appreciate size suggestions. Waist is 38-40 in regular clothes, Belly ... where most of my weight sits is 48-49 inches. Have been looking at Fat Lad At The Back | Join us and be proud! It seems they have some realistic sizes but really can not find a lot of reviews on them or on how thir sizes run.

I got a Canari from a Bike Shop for $60 when I first started to ride. I got a 2nd one on ebay for $15 a few months later. I have a feeling they don't sell to many XXL's so you can find a good deal if you wait. Not sure why, but I actually like the $15 new one better

me again. I have a pair of nearly-new Shimano SPF shoes, size 12. Got them, they fit ok but I wanted much more stiffness. I'm now onto Lake shoes, because their MTB shoes are just road shoes with pontoons glued on, so they are super stiff.

I guess you don't need to be a Clyde to have big feet, but happy to help. I'd rather give them away here than deal with selling them. PM, please.

When I started I found that Hincapie and Pearl Izumi fit the best for the big and tall rider. I've since lost enough that I can wear some of the slimer cut brands (but even a XXX in some brands are crazy tight on 36 to 38 waist). I would recommend Hincapie if you need a place to start. And buy the best you can afford, better to have one nice bib than several cheap ones - your butt thanks you in advance.

Adrien, wow, got the shoes today. Beautiful. Can't tell you how much I appreciate it. I figured since I'm on the road for work this next week they would come then. They fit wonderfully, and I plan to put many miles on them.

I was just going through my closet and found six size XL PrimalWear jerseys. I'm hoping I'll never be big enough to need them again, so I'd be happy to pass them along to anyone who can use them.

These were originally $65-70 jerseys featuring 100% polyester fabric, 3/4-length zippers, and 3 back pockets. Primal says their XL fits someone with a 44-46" Chest, 180-210lbs, and 70-76" tall. These jerseys all have Primal's more generous "sport cut" so they won't fit like a sausage casing if you're near their recommended measurements and relatively proportional. All of these jerseys have been used. Some of them have been well-used. But, as far as I can tell, they're all in great shape. I'd be wearing them myself if they still fit!

Fabric care is simple: wash them in cold water, on the gentle cycle, then hang to dry.

Once I know where everything is going my plan is to, quite literally wad the jersey's up, drop them in a padded envelope and then ship them as cheaply and conveniently as I can. That probably means using USPS, though both FedEx and UPS are more convenient for me. I'm assuming shipping will be relatively inexpensive. If not, I may ask you to help cover the costs.

If anyone is looking for bib shorts... I found that I still own six pairs of Falconi Deluxe bibs in size XL. I'm hoping I'll never be big enough to need them again, so I'd be happy to pass them along to anyone who can use them.

Falconi says the XL size is good for someone with a 36-38" waist. I recall that being pretty accurate. If you're at the upper end of the range, the bibs will feel fairly snug. I'm 5'9" tall with a 33" PBH and think these bibs would likely fit someone with a torso that was up to 2" longer than mine. If you're taller than that, they might still would but I would think the shoulder straps might be pretty tight! The Coolmax multi-density seat pad/chamois is relatively thin. I've worn similar shorts to ride centuries and 500-mile weeks (SF->LA) but if you like a short with a thick chamois, these probably aren't the bibs for you.

These bibs are all several years old and have been used, but they're still in great shape. They were clean when I hung them up in the closet and I'll wash them again before sending them out. None of these bibs have a Falconi logo on the left leg. They either didn't come with a logo, or I was able to remove it. These days, the logo is glued to the shorts and can't easily be removed.

Fabric care is easy: wash in cold water on the gentle cycle, then tumble dry on the "Low" setting

The six pairs of bibs I have are colored as follows:

3 pairs with gray flatlock stitching on top of black lycra
2 pairs with red flatlock stitching on top of black lycra
1 pair that's all black; no flatlock over-stitching

Sorry, no pics. My bibs look pretty much like the ones on the Love2Pedal website.

I'll tell you that if folded carefully, a jersey will fit in a "if it fits, it ships" flat rate USPS box size SMALL. Yes, it's tight, but that's how I sent out all of the C/A forum jerseys. Cost is (if I remember correctly) $5.25 with free boxes. You may be able to do it cheaper, but I don't know what the envelopes will cost you. Thanks for spreading the wealth.

I've updated the photo album to reflect the three jerseys that are still available: one red/black, one camo, and a brown one with a bicycle-inspired kokopeli design. The brown and camo designs work well for mountain biking; they breath as well as anything I've worn and dry quickly if you manage to get them sweaty...

Are you kidding me? It that XL American or Asian? It seems everything is made in China. I've lost 71lbs cycling over the past 2 years and still wear 4X bicycle shorts (both regular Aerotech and Falconi Bib).

I ordered a 3X jersey, waited 3 weeks for delivery (from China), and look like 10bs of me stuffed in a 5lb bag. 3X Asian = XL American. It's up for sale on CL and Recycler, still w/tags and in the bag. Bummer.

I did get a 4X (Asian-2X American) jacket ($24) that's a little tight but doable. The same jacket at Scheel's or REI is $129. And there are lots of guys a lot bigger than me. Where do they find cycling stuff that's not $150 and up?

I'm 5'9" (175.26cm) and 216lbs (97.9kg) with a waist of 42-44 (106.68-111..76cm). Most of the stuff on ebay or Amazon only goes up to 96cm. Don't they think big guys cycle?

I'm almost exactly the same size and had the same problem with the first 2 Jersey's I purchased and had to return them both. XXL seemed to be Med in the US. The only Jersey I found that fits good is the XXL Canari and the only shorts / Bibs I like seemed to be Open Road and they are located in Britian so it's a couple of weeks waiting for them to ship.

I just got the primal jersey from @sstorkel and that looks like it's sized correctly, but haven't had a chance to try it on yet.

I have a pair of 4X Falconi Bib Shorts (reasonable price) from Love2Pedal that fit. I've gone down fro a size 46 to 42 and they still fit. They also have 4X and 5X jerseys.
I have a pair of bike shorts 4X from Aero Tech Designs (for big men) that have lasted me two seasons and good for another. Their site has up to 5X.
