Big Day!

So, I joined Weight Watchers this morning. I figured I could use a little help with the eating habits. Anyway, that turned out to only be a footnote on the day. My wife and I found out that we are expecting our third child. Quite unplanned and unexpected. So in the end, this day was more than I bargained for when I woke up this morning.

I did 'alright'. It is all new to me, so it will be a process training myself to eat the right types of foods and in the correct portions. My biggest problem has always been portion control. I love a big juicy burger off the grill, but I don't need to eat two of them.

As for the other news, we were not planning for any more and were considering a vasectomy. I guess we are a little late on that decision, but I will accept the blessing bestowed upon us. I guess I better get that procedure scheduled so this doesn't happen to us again.

Thank you for the congratulations!!

Congrats on both fronts. If you're anything like I am, WW will help you be the "in-shape" dad you want to be for your kids. And schedule the appointment. Just hope the nurse isn't as smoking-hot as mine was. THAT was just cruel on the doctor's part!
