Back on track. I hope

Long time no post. A while ag I was close to exiting the realm of Clyde. I was down to about 209, then some personal tragedies struck.I know we all got problems, but with the death of a close family member and tons of new responsibility thrown at me, my riding basicly stopped. I am now back over 250, I will look to this site for the same inspiration and motivation it gave me last time, although I no longer see the biggest loser thread going..... Perhaps I will start one next week if there is interest.

Sorry to hear of the hard times, but good-on-ya for getting back to business. We're all on the journey together.

Good Luck on your plan.
I've been stuck just under 250 for a couple of years, but last week at my Dr.s office I was 242. That was encouraging.
