I a down a minimum 15 pounds. I hope it sticks and continues at something close to this rate. not too much riding this week sadly. lots of rain and back aches and work. will get some in this week. I want to try and ride 30 miles this week.
I say minimum 15 because I really have no idea how much I weighed when I started. I know for certain I was more than a couple pounds over 450 since that is the max of the scale I tried and even resting my arm on the shelf did not lower my mass enough to register (still error'd)
but now I have a scale that can weigh me so good to go for now. I will try and weigh myself no more than once a week.
My diet is pretty straightforward and boring, particularly on the days I work. I'm a creature of habit, and will eat the same thing day in and day out (with the occasional treat/mini-binge once a week if I've been good). If it weren't for the fact that I'm married with kids, I'd probably eat the same things for breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day until I die.
