Great pictures everyone, some really nice scenery, and bikes!!
Here is a shot I took yesterday with my iPhone while out on this ride. The pic is from around the 62km mark if anyone is interested in joining the image to location. This is northern Singapore looking across to Pasir Gudang, Malaysia.

Decided to go out for a quick ride along the seafront and managed to snap a few pics with my cellphone...
Here's a view of Athens from a small fishing bay near the old airport.
To all posting pics of biking in the snow, I take my helmet off to you! I love biking, and have biked in rain and cool weather, but I ain't doing that!
Great pictures everyone!
I keep forgetting to bring my charger to work and at the end of my 12 hour overnight shift my phone is dead, so I haven't gotten any nice pictures from my waterfront rides home recently.
On Monday this is how I delivered two homemade pies to work for one of my last nights in the ER I work in (I took a transfer to a different department to facilitate going to school).
And here's a few pics from a foggy ride home in the middle of the night recently:
(clicky to embiggen)
I'm going to actually miss getting off at 4AM one day a week, I basically had the city to myself at that time of day.

Everyone hates your lights. Throw them away & buy something civilized.

Some from today's play day on the MTB, rocks are fun at speed
It's February, it's cold, icy, windy but it had to be done.
Good morning everyone,
I've decided to push myself a bit and start doing small mini-tours so I can get in shape for spring/summer touring and I try to get out every weekend and clock at least 50 km (30 miles), aside from the daily commutes. Today (Sunday) the weather was favorable with the temp around 20C/68F and light cloud cover making it ideal for cycling, so I started out from home around 9ish and took the southern coastal road toward Sounio. Plenty of cyclists on the road with all kinds of bikes from top-of-the-line carbon speeders to mountain bikes and even a restored 50's European heavyweight!
I'm still building up strength for endurance riding, and I purposely carry more and more weight with me so I can simulate touring conditions, and was pleasantly surprised at how much I've progressed at hill climbing; not that I don't get winded of course, but I do make it up without stopping! Something peculiar that happened today when a Jeep pulled up to me on the hardest part of a large hill and the driver yelled out not to stop and that I can and will make it up! I guess he saw a Clyde huffing and puffing up a hill and decided to help me out; especially nice since he seemed genuinely sincere,
Unfortunately I didn't make it to my destination since my bike's bottom bracket started clicking (probably loose) and I didn't want to push on since there were quite a few hills down the road. I turned back and stopped for a double cappuccino in Glyfada before heading home.
Here's a few pics from today's ride:
Just passed Vouliagmeni where the road narrows and continues on without a center divider.
Just when I started to find my rhythm at hill climbing... tick, tick, tick... UN26 began to misbehave!
The double lane road in the background continues for another 50 km to the Temple of Poseidon in Sounio.
Great pics....now you need to get some at the Temple Of Poseidon .
It's so interesting to me how something so awe inspiring is in your riding area.
couple from today's metric ride, take from Torry Pines state park next to the famous golf course
