Stepped on the scale this morning and saw 199.5!
Been a while since I have been this low. Excited! Moved to Denver this year and really cranked up the riding. Working in the diet last couple months pushed me to 199. To many hills out here compared to Houston. Hope this will help with my climbing next summer. Riding season is winding down and changing to ski season. Thanks for all the great tips!

I don't know you, but WOO HOO for you!! That's huge. Dipping into the 1s.
(I am trying to get there myself. I saw 218 this morning, which is a record for me. I started at 290.)

hey, you aren't allowed to post in this forum anymore, string bean! just kidding! congrats! i am also working on seeing 199 on the scale one day, too. i haven't been there since high school (a long long time ago), but i am so close now (currently at 212 lbs.). it seems the last 15 pounds may be the hardest to lose, especially with the cold season approaching. hang in there this winter, and keep up the good job!

Way to go! It's amazing how proud you feel when you see that "1" lighting up on the scale. Keep it up...or down I mean.

How was your summer?! I just got around to reading this thread again after almost a year. Back in October I was at 212 lbs. This summer, after some daily dedication, I have managed to get down to 195 lbs.! Quite a milestone for me, but I will have to continue working hard this winter to keep it off.
