Still on track

Our early spring this year allowed me to get the bike out early. When I started I weighed 283 lbs, as of Friday I am down to 254lbs. I plan on riding until the weather get to cold to enjoy the ride, with any luck this winter will be as mild as last years. The best part is that Saturday I went out to pick up some new jeans since the wife thinks my old ones are to baggy. I had been wearing 52w-30i for quite a while but, now I am in a 46w. I was hoping for maybe a 48 so I was quite surprised by the 46.

Nice work.

Get a trainer and keep going inside.
