We're supposed down into the 30s tomorrow night. I'm gonna need that Winter Warmer on the pub crawl ride.

I wish but I doubt it. I am a bit out of shape. I hardly rode the last two months and am feeling it in the 20 mile rides now.

No road miles since last weekend.
Tuesday 4th an hour spin class at LBS
Thursday 6th hour spin class at LBS
Saturday 8th 1 hour on trainer at home with Sufferfest The Wretched! What a workout, well worth the price.

Yesterday was my 57th birthday, but is was drizzly and cold here in my corner of New England. I set out this morning looking for a metric birthday ride, but my calculations were a bit off. I got in 33.1 miles, which turned out to be only 53 kilometers. Anyway, month to date is 50.7 miles. Bought myself tickets to see The Who tonight at Mohegan Sun Casino.

Not doing well on my goal at all. I've got 6 hours in on the trainer though. I thought I would HTFU and go on a chilly rainy ride today, but made it only 1.5 miles before I started getting hit in the face by sleet. I guess I'm not as tough as I though I was LOL. I turned around rode home and rode intervals on the trainer for an hour. I despise that almost as much as I despise running.
