I have been a reader and occasional poster on these forums since 2006. I am a regular cyclist who rides about 250km a week but my weight stubbornly hovers between 95 and 100kg......until August when I dropped sugared soda drinks, sugar in my coffee and on my breakfast cereal and full fat milk from my diet. I am now at 88kg and continuing to lose weight.
This forum has always been a motivator for me. Good luck to everyone else trying to do something about their health.
