C&A video thread

lots of new threads with videos, maybe we can gather & post them in one place?

Here's my downhill vid from today's ride, didn't know how it was going to turn out in the dark. Niteride cordless minewt 600L on helmet, Mitycross 400L and DIY 750L lights on the bars.

I think we should enjoy it for a while first.

I don't know if it's just your camera but that's some serious tunnel vision you have going on there with the lights... I presume you weren't that restricted in real life. if you were, then I think you're full on crazy.

I think I may have to move this to C&V simply based on the title!

I have a Contour Roam, F2.8 lens. Yes night riding there is pretty tunneled, its almost all tight switch backs where you can't even see the exits, most are banked & lined with rocks off and on the trail. Climbing it is a pretty good challenge to clean everything. As you can see its pretty rocky there and the trail is only 1-3ft wide. The bar lights lets me look up the trail some and the helmet light looks through the turns.

PJ I don't think those CV guys would consider my rumblefish as a classic

I used the high def on this video, pretty cool!

Another 42 on SART today. We ran into Tammy and Alan at the start so they decided to ride with us. Nice steady pace with a little help from the others taking a pull here and there while I shot video. Nice day, cool and not much traffic at at all. Last couple of days have been this way, I like it! Just another fun ride with friends and lots of laughs with Alan.

Gina, Alan, Tammy and a passenger we picked up somewhere along the way!

Here's the three steepest climbs on the South Fork American River Trail (SFART ) from east (near the abandoned houses/Cronan Ranch trailhead) to west (the parking lot at Salmon Falls Road). Like all my videos, this one is 100% natural sound. This means plenty of female cyclist heavy breathing on the climbs, so be forewarned!

I have other videos posted in the "Post your ride from GarminConnect / Strava / Other." thread here in C/A. I started posting videos in that thread in September, so they start on page 7.

Other videos I've posted here have their own threads. You can see even more on my YouTube channel.
