Ride my age (55) on my birthday!
Complete a century
Increase mileage from lifetime high of 1950 to 3000
lose 2-2.5 pounds a week until I'm below 200 pounds. All time low 184 lbs. as an adult last seen in 1979 !!!!

I want to lose another 45 pounds to get down to an even 200 and the start lifting weights again. I want to be able to make the ten mile ride to my sisters house without getting so damn tired, lol.
