I like it! Thanks PhotoJoe, you're not as bad as everybody makes you out to be.
That looks nearly perfect on you! How was the ride? I'm so green with envy.. I haven't ridden since 11/26

The mailman dropped off my package today. Based on the chart, I ordered the 6X in the long sleeved version and I'm glad I did. Depending on the manufacturer, I usually wear a 4X and sometimes 5X but I wanted to be safe on this special order deal. I'm 6'4" and 360 pounds and I think this is the right size jersey for me. Thanks PJ and Jonny for all of your efforts. This is my first cycling jersey and I love it!

The ride was AWESOME. Temp was nice (high 60s, low 70s), some wind but not too bad, nice and sunny... you know, typical SoCal weather.

Oddly enough, I was flying home trying to drop some wheel sucker (finally succeeded... yeah, take that skinny guy) and got my HR well over 170 for about 5 min straight. I don't frequently get that unless I'm going up a steep hill. Working hard for me on a flat is usually in the 160-165 range and 170 is usually an indicator of imminent blow up.

Speaking of zippers... I thought we had a standard of 3/4 zip, but mine is a tiny little thing that goes down about 6 inches. I'm not concerned at all but did I misinterpret the order?

Maybe I can clean up the new order thread to make it easier. I must have mis-understood your reply to my PM asking about zipper sizes.

Sure glad I ordered the 4X. Gina also ordered the 4X in womens and she's pretty happy with the fit. She's usually a 1X in womens tops so glad we had a chance to try to fit kit or we would have been jacked.

Yup, that is one itty bitty zipper! It's ok but it's not the half zipper I was expecting. No biggie but for future reference.

Thanks PhotoJoe for all the effort, work and thought you put into this project, you did a lot better than I could have done.

I usually wear a 3X in normal clothing. In a Performance jersey I usually buy a 3x and they are a bit tight. I have recently switched to buying all my cycling gear from Love2Pedal and I buy a 3x or 4x jersey. The 3x is just a bit snug and the 4x is plenty roomy so I would say I am at a 3.5x

I ordered the 5x based on laying out my most comfortable jersey and measuring it from armpit to armpit. I'm glad I did go with a size bigger. It is just about the same fit as my 3x from Love2Pedal. The 5x is certainly not too tight but it isn't any too big either. I don't know that a 4x would have worked for me.

(No pics coming so don't hold your breath!)

Well, my jersey arrived today....

At 5' 10" and currently 242 pounds, my XXL is a little snug. Once I get my diet kickstarted and drop the 20 to 30 pounds my doctor keeps nagging me about, it should be a more comfortable fit. It is a good looking jersey; thanks to all who were involved in it's design. A special thanks to Mr. Beanz as well.

Looks good! If there was ever a jersey that motivated riders to drop a few pounds, this is it! Seems to be a common response in this thread.

I think someone should market this jersey as a drop weight motivator

I have to say that these jersey's look really sharp! They POP off the screen in the pictures. I am super excited to be on a ride with the So Ca contingent in them.

I just got my club jersey (for the club I no longer am a part of .. but I had paid for the jersey and they were already in production when things went sour and I'm not a jerk so I didn't tell her to keep it and give me my $ back. I will wear the jersey and if anyone asks I will tell them it is a fine group to ride with and leave it at that) and anyway...the jersey is lacking compared to our C/A jersey's. Just sayin' I will post a pic later to show....

Here is the women's club jersey....just doesn't have the PIZAZZ and WOW factor that our C/A jersey does (shout out to JohnnyHK and PJ)

Got mine in yesterday. 5'11" 310lbs. Ordered the 5x and it fits snug, not sausage casing snug, probably about the way a jersey should though I generally wear clothing a little looser. Overall I am happy

Oh and I highly recommend the 3/4 zipper!

Ok, I took the jersey out for a good ride today, it was perfect, think I gained 3 mph on regular loop and the red goes perfect with my bike stickers.
For size I ordered 3 xl after trying on at GMR, this thing fits perfect, not baggy and not tight at all. I am 6 ft, 225-230 and built like Fred Flintstone, long torso and skinny little chicken legs. For this reason I will not post a photo....

Thanks again Photojoe and the guy that helped with design, forgot his name. All the biker chicks winked at me today on SART!

Mine showed up in the mail earlier this week; I looked at the package... addressed to me, from a name I didn't recognize, middle of December... and had my daughter open it to see if it was something I ordered for my wife for Christmas, or something she ordered for ME for Christmas.

Pics later.

Hmm, looks like it fits to me. If it doesn't impair movement or breathing, its fine. And as you mentioned, there will be less of you soon.

Mine is tight, very tight. Then again I've gained a significant amount of weight since I ordered it. Been of the bike for a bit now, dealing with some medical issues. But I'll be back. I love the way it came out. Especially the Veni Vidi Vici part, whoever came up with that idea was a freaking genius.

Mine fit just fine as expected. 6'5 220. None of my jerseys are "long" enough, but they all work ok, this one is no different, actually a bit looser than some I have, but not floppy.

True 'dat!

My favorite part of this whole thing is how we successfully did this by committee. One (nameless and quite humble) person came up with the Veni, Vidi, Vici, one came up with the mountain, a lady at work came up with the horseshoe as the "C", someone else suggested the differing fonts. I know not everyone agreed on every aspect, but the process was fun to be part of and OUR end result came out great!

You should try out some Performance jerseys if you have a shop near you. I buy 2XL but the blue one is sooo long. Same sizxe but just different. Maybe you could find one or two looong ones in the bunch.

I hate jerseys that rise in the back, the blue one will go down past my butt if I pull it down.

Only $20, at times they go on sale for $9

The blue one "AFTER" I pulled it up. ....I'm 6'1

yes beanzy, I tried one of the aerotec long jerseys. I should have bought a large, but the long, darn... I mean it was too long. I want one about 2 inches longer than standard, not 6-8. guess I will just suffer with regular jerseys.
