Did anyone do the Tour of Sufferlandria on Trainerroad?

I know there's a couple other users of Trainerroad in C/A

I'm proud to say I finished it on Sunday. 12 Sufferfest vids in 9 days.

My legs were still spent when I tried a light workout last night.

no way was I doing this. First I would have to have bought all the videos and I already have 6 erg videos and 6 of those other ones (cant remember the brand name) that trainer road had a special on in december.

Not to mention thats one hell of a super set of training.

Glad you got through it however, thats an awesome achievement. I pick rides like peavine and put it down to say 60% for recovery days.

I'll do a FTP re-test next week, very curious to see if it made a difference in a 8 minute test.
