Booked my fitting
Next Thursday at 10 I see a DPT-level bike fitter. This will help me decide what bike to get and what parts I need to order.
Wish me luck and I'll tell you how it goes.
Anyone else done something similar?

I've had a fitting, but it was to fit me to my existing bike.
By doing some reading on here, I think you can figure out what type of bike will suit the style of riding you have in mind, but it looks like you're going to end up paying for two fittings.
And as a self-proclaimed Tight Scot, I wouldn't do that!

I hope it works out for you. One of my worst cycling experineces was an afternoon getting fitted for a 55cm Bianchi thant did not fit in the end. It soured me on the process. I sold the bike and found that I am more suited for steel framed 54 cm bikes. I.E. Show me the Miyata!
