1st rides of the Season

Last year I was hit by a car and sent to the ground and it tore my rotator cuff. Yesterday and today I was able to get on the bike for the first time since that day back in August. It felt so good the only difficulty was that lack of toughness of my backside. Still a bit shy about being on the road so I spent most of the time on a bike trail but I really felt good. With the TDC coming up in June I hope the weather holds and the training can continue

I am glad you are back in the saddle. Good luck getting back on the road, it must be nerve racking!

Glad to hear you're back.

Your tuckus will toughen up in a few weeks or so, so don;t worry about that.
