I apologize for not posting much these days but I've been focusing on weight loss 24/7 and as of this morning, I'm shy of 90 pounds (89.2) thus far. There is still plenty to lose.
So far, I've been able to ride 55 miles, slow but still did it before the ol' bum felt like it was going to fall off. Signed up for a 5k which I plan to run and also a 10K too for later in the year. Also incorporated swimming and a lot of hiking, which is hard for me but getting a little easier.
Will be doing a short tri in PA soon too granting the swimming this get easier.
Special thanks to all of this forum for the help and encouragement along with callmeclemens for helping in the hiking and running department and chefissac for all of the help with weight loss and teaching me how to cook and eat right. Thank you fella's.
