New "Modern Era" Weight PR - 245

I'm down to 245lbs as of this morning. Thank you biking, this forum, etc. It has been 10 years since I have seen that weight.

Congratulations and keep up the good work.

I just went over 26 pounds lost today. Hopefully by mid summer I will not longer be a Clydesdale.

Great job. Down to 223 here for the first time in about 10 years, too. 40+ pounds dropped since last June/July and all due to cycling.

Excellent.. I'm close to hitting that mark.....been hanging around the 247ish mark for a few weeks, but seeing steady downward trend over the last year. Down nearly 40 lbs. Only 20 lbs from my goal of 225 I had, but now thinking I need to re-examine an push further downward.

Great job, my goal is 201 and closest so far is 220 in 3 years. I fluctuate 220 to 230 no matter what I do, need more willpower on the food part.

The three biggest components that have allowed me to steadily progress is better food choices (food itself, portions, how often), good nutrition supplements, and exercise. Probably in that order.
