That segment shouldn't be a "speed" segment. There is either a light or 4 way stop at Navesink and Monmouth at 1.2 miles into the segment then a cluster of a mess at Monmouth, Valley Oakdale, and Locust just waiting to get someone bent on a KOM killed.
