Working my way up to a Century
Was aiming for 25 miles but thanks to a snafu, got lost and did 30 miles instead. Backside tender and jealous of bikers over drop bars. Must be nice. Had a nice ride though and everyone I passed gave me a wave.

I was surprized to find how accepting most regular bikers are of clydes.
I have been working up to it for 3 years, and have my first metric 6/1, and a full Century 10/12. A year behind schedule, but a health crisis got in the way.

as for funky bars with hand positions yes the trekking bars are great
I use titec H bars on mine, goofy but they work for me
