Bikes Rule! No more statins for me

Great MD visit today. My 12 year run of being on high cholesterol meds has come to an end. I'm down to one BP med and I'm on the lowest dose. Maybe I can ditch that with another 20lbs and go off the Medical grid.

Can't wait for this junk to get out of my system. I've been fighting cramps and muscle pain for 3 years (way beyond what's normally caused by exercise).

Good for you! I wish that I could dump the meds. I'm on the lowest statin dose. BP meds I'm next to lowest. Cholestrol is well managed but BP isn't as good. Oh well I'm riding more now so hopefully the BP will come down.

I was on Crestor several years ago and it made me feel like I had been on the rack. Lipitor treats me better.

Eating a can of sardinesevery day or two really works wonders.
