Since the beginning of the month (14 days),....I have been watching my diet. Making sure I ride.
I have gone from 172#s to 171.6#....
I am very tempted to go back to eat what I want and ride when I can.

June 29=466.8
July 06=463.5
July 13=461.4
I still do not have my bike but it is ordered and hopefully will have it in three weeks. I am walking even more than I ever have and on track to lose the the 12 pounds I pledged to lose here in July. I have now hit the 40 pound lost mark since Easter and overall have lost 66 pounds from my highest weight. My plan is to lose 200 pounds in two years and I cannot wait to get my bike and experience what you guys all experience. The pain, the agony, the freedom and the ability to just get out and ride.
Lets all keep this up.....we can still hit our goals for the month.

At least I didn't go the wrong way. Hitting my goal is going to be tough. Time to eat a salad.

Alright, so this month has not been going to plan at all. Started out strong with the miles, only to cut down to 8 for all of last week, and just came back from vacation, so at 0 for this week. That being said, ladt few days of June, I weighed myself on the scale and it was ~250lbs. Just weighes myself today because I noticed all my pants wrre fitting loose, ~245lbs! Really makea me wonder where i'd be at if I put in as many miles as I would like.

All anyone can do is keep at it. Down to 205...not much loss in the last week or two, but I'm back to riding now after 2mo off due to an injury and I got 175mi in the first week back on my bike so I'm feeling pretty good about what for me seems to be a quick recovery. Quicker than expected in any case.
