I'm on a journey!

I've lost around 30 pounds, and have 90 more to go. I have always loved biking. I bought a Trek bike 10 years ago and began to cycle and lose weight (about 50 pounds), then went through three heartbreaking miscarriages and just fizzled out on my diet and exercise. No excuses. Now I am back at it, wanting to get healthy and feel better. We live near a long bike trail connecting from Atlanta area to Alabama! It's about 20 minutes or so from our house, so again, no excuses. I bought another Trek bike, larger and more suited to my tall height. I am tentatively starting back up, doing smaller jaunts until I build up strength and endurance. To me, biking feels like flying!
