Or do I have to stick with those old folks in the 50+ forum. (I'm 61 but still a kid at heart) I'm still fat but have got down to 195. This gets me out of the "obese" category according to the bmi chart and into the really overweight class. It sure sounds better just being fat as compared to "obese":D

Happy to see another success story!! Feel free to stick around and inspire us.

I'm a long ways from being successful in my opinion since I wasn't much over 200 when I started riding again and have only been at it a short 6 weeks. But I already feel better my b/p is lower and my clothes fit better so I guess it is a small success. The thing that amazes me and I hope will inspire others to try biking is how quickly I got stronger and felt better. It doesn't take long to start reaping the benefits!

Getting healthy is a success any way you look at it.

Hell I've been technicaly not a Clyde for over a year. They let me hang around as well. Congrats on passing the barrier.

Congrats, finding success is great. Paying it forward the greatest.

Provide to others what was provided to you that helped in achieving your goals.

Congratulations!

I passed below the line sometime in April, but no one has kicked me out so far. I won't tell if you don't!
