today's ride!

Remember me earlier this month?

Today I road the 10 miles that I choked on earlier this month. Spun all the way out and back, nice easy ride, in the same time I used to work hard for. Did it feel good? Yes!

To me, this is as much a milestone in cycling as doing your first century. The first time you forget about doing a climb that used to cause you fits is a nice feeling.
