Had a good day.

As of today I am no longer obese according to the BMI calculators!! Now I'm just overweight.

My birthday is Sunday and since I have to work, I wanted to do a 50miler today to basically ride my age (I'll be 48), decided to try a new to me trail and loved it. It's one of those rails to trails deals with a crushed limestone surface that had me somewhat concerned as I've only ridden pavement but no worries, it was wonderful. I also hit a goal of breaking 20mph on a split which I've never been able to do and did it for two different miles.

So I knocked out a weight goal, a trail goal, a distance goal and a speed goal all in one day!! Not gloating, I still have a long way to go, but I get inspiration from hearing of others successes and wanted to offer up mine.

Sounds like you already gave yourself a birthday present. Great job, isn't it energizing.
