I did two spinning classes this week at our local LBS. you take your own bike and hook up to their trainers. Last night we did some one legged cycling. Talk about hard work and good for finding some flat spots that I need to focus on improving.
Feeling tired today and my 12 mile ride was slow today. Think it's time for a rest day but will continue attending the classes once or twice at week.
Anybody else do spin classes.
