Ha! Sorry to see you go ;-) Congrats!
BRAVO - Nothing but pride and happiness for ya...
Pure awesomeness!! The snobs over at the 41 will still call you a Clyde, so just keep hanging out. Lol.
"I had this baby hand made in Tuscany, from titanium blessed by the pope. It weighs less than a fart, and costs more than a divorce..."
I've cracked it too, in the past two weeks, but it won't stop me posting here.
Dream. Dare. Do.
Awesome! Hope to be there in summer if not by the beginning of summer. It's been a long winter....
Ride no faster than your Guardian Angel can fly!
You're my hero!
Grimly determined to have fun.
I have been under 200 for several months but I still think this is the best forum! I feel if you are still over your goal this is the place to be.
I cracked it a while back too, feels great to hit a major goal. Big congrats!!!
Congrats! I got under 200 early last summer but I still post in this forum. I'm still heavy although nowhere near 200 anymore, and still slow over the bars so I figure I'm safe here than in the more "hardcore" cycling forums

Don't worry about speed, 8 mph or 18 mph, you're still lapping the guy on the couch.
Check your scale's batteries....
But seriously, congrats.
My current stable:

Congratulations. Great to see.
Do other threads offer the support that you get here.
Congrats to you I have 14.6 lbs to go
I am another former clyde, coming up on a year under 200 ... altho at 6'3" I guess I will always qualify. Congrats, but keep posting.
2008 Giant Cypress DX
2009 Bianchi Imola
2013 Surly Cross Check 105
YESSS! A thousand congratulations!
I'm sure I can speak for the other clydes when I implore you to stay and be an inspiration for the rest of us.
"Far better it is to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs, even though checkered by failure."
Haha! Thanks...I'm sure I'll be up/down around it (200...) for a bit. My goal weight is 190 by early Fall....
I was surprised..It's taken FOREVER, 2 & 1/2 months...to drop from 205...
Now I have Spring to look forward to...
Yeah, this is a pretty cool forum.

You're still here?
Meh, I think clyde is a mindset... even if I (eventually) break 200, it won't be one of those things that I can check off as accomplished. It will require constant vigilance to stay there, which makes me a clyde forever as far as I'm concerned.
Wow, way to go!
I think TH has it right.
Wow....I cannot believe all these non-clydes coming out of the closet on this thread.
And all this time I thought you guys were fat like me.
Congrats...keep up the good work. I hope to be there myself......soon. The scale keeps telling me I am heading in the right direction.
The Declaration of Independence grants me the right to the pursuit of happiness.......I choose that pursuit on my bike.
"check your batteries" got a big laugh. I'm also no longer technically a clyde. I've dropped 100lb and I am aware of it constantly when I do something I could not have come close to doing two years ago but in some sense I still feel as if I am super over weight. It feels very very odd to rub my shoulder and feel bones. There is some interesting baggage for people that have lost a lot of weight, eh? Regardless of that, congrats.
Alaskans for global warming.
Congrats on your non-"Clyde-ness" weight achievement!!!!
However, since I have way more than enough on the scale to cement me in the "Clyde" distinction for quite awhile, I offer you an honorary 20lbs to keep you here (and I'll *still* be easily in the Clyde range!).
I'm planning on de-branding my 23" Schwinn High Plains updating components and powder-coating the frame - metamorphosizing it into the ULTIMATE TOURING MACHINE!!!
