Welcome aboard! Yes there's hope for you!!! Get with a nutritionist and start a exercise program. I was 380 lbs dropped some weight then couldn't lose anymore. Consulted with a nutritionist and started losing again. Then I stopped losing again. Then I sought guidance on the exercising. So now I see a Personal Trainer once a week. He kicks my butt...then gives me stuff to do at home til the next visit. I'm down to 329 lbs. YOU CAN DO IT!!!! This forum has some GREAT FOLKS TOO FOR SUPPORT!!!!
