My New Ride Giant Anyroad 2

Picked this up a week ago. I absolutely love it. Most comfortable bike I have been on. Just wanted to share with you. I added the orange bar tape and orange Candy 2's. Due to the shape of the frame there is only one set of bottle bosses. I custom made the bracket in the rear to hold a second bottle. Works really well.

Sweet! I like frame design on Anyroads and Specialized Globes. Awesome looking bikes!

Here is a very similar looking Globe.

I have to admit that's pretty good looking, though I don't generally care for the frame shape and the super tall head tube. No, yours is handsome!

Is that a wheel lock on the DT, and if so, what brand?

It's just a Velcro strap I use to keep the wheel stable when I have it on my bike rack to transport it. You can get a couple in a package at Walmart.

Ah. I thought-- was hoping-- it was a modern iteration of the Flickstand:

Reminds me of my old Globe (before it was stolen)

Great, high-utility and fun bike.

On my Anyroad 2 I have a rack installed where your second bottle sits. I also installed Ergon PC2 pedals in place of the stock platforms the LBS provided.

Hi Ray. Sorry to dig this post back up. I'm thinking of ordering an Anyroad, but the Giant website has limited info on specs/sizing.

Can you tell me what size stem comes on the bike?
Also, what do you think the max width tire the Anyroad can take?

I was going to send you a PM, but my post count isn't high enough yet.

Thanks!
