Size 15/16 road shoes?

I am having a hard time finding some road shoes in my size. I wear a size 15 or 16 us. Im thinking my size will be a 51 or 52 for road shoes.

Any special pedals I should use because of my size of shoe?

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm a size 15 as well, and have Shimano road shoes in a 51. They do feel a bit loose on me, but they've done a great job the last year with my shimano 105 pedals. Check out this link for road shoes. They are hard to find in our size, but nashbar always seems to have bigger sizes, as well as specialized sometimes. Nashbar - Welcome!

I am a size 15 and have Lake CX226 shoes in a size 50. I got them from Nashbar for under $100 shipped. In my research you won't find a better all leather road shoe with a real BOA lace system at this price. The 50 seems to run a tad big so I have an extra insole in the shoe now and they are perfect! Looks like Nashbar has them down to $85 now- that's a steal for this quality shoe.

I have some Shimano shoes in the closet that I've only worn a couple of times that might fit you. They're 52s, I think. I wear a Sidi 50 Narrow and, according to that foot sizing gizmo you see at all the shoe stores I'm a 14 1/2 B. My Shimanos are a little long for me by about a half-size and too wide.

I don't have authorization to do PMs here yet so, if you want me to take and send some pictures of them, let me know. I'd sell them for about $60, I guess. They have some Time cleats on them and I'd sell the lightly used Time iClick2 carbon pedals for about another $60 or so.

Shoot me an email if you're interested.

The Sidis that I use (Dominator 5) come in a size 52. they are pricy, but these are my favorite shoes.

picked up a pair of Shimano SH-R087G over the weekend. these should work for me for now. once I go through these or get more experienced I might invest in a pair of SIDI's.
