Fell - Out For 2 Weeks (Also Known As Getting Old Sucks)

I fell while taking the bike down my porch, so not even riding the damn thing! I woke up from a nap and wanted to ride, I may have been tired and I fell onto the rear quick release lever as the bike and I tumbled down the porch. I popped up quick hoping nobody saw me and then looked down out my leg. It's a pretty deep gash, probably made it to the muscle so I'm off the bike for a week or so.

I feel bad for falling and not having a cool story like backflipping off the house onto a rail slide or something. But the worse thing is that I was wanting to ride the bike and get out there and now I have to wait.

Anyway, I'm not sure if posting pictures of the wounds is against board protocol (it's a nasty gash) so I'll wait on putting up the grossness.

What a bummer! Just as the weather's gotten better too (at least here in the northeast).

Well, glad it's not worse at least and you'll be back riding soon!
