I am at 50 for the month, so if all goes as planned, I am going to say 700. Scheduled to go to Montana on June 19th for 9 days (533 miles) of unsupported cycling. If that doesn't go well, mileage will be lower.

Managed to sneak in the first ride of the month today after work between rainstorms. 11 miles on the cinder bike trail close to work. For some reason my speed was really down. I felt exhausted even on the 1% downhill parts and really felt bad coming back up that 1%. Happy to get in though as the storms were splotched all over the radar map. It was a gorgeous sunny sky, but some rain was still coming down. Felt good as it was really humid today and it was just a sprinkling of rain. Love that kind of rain. I think it downpoured there after I got home.

6/1 - 11 miles

MTD - 11 miles
YTD - 291 miles

Ugh! I liked these threads better when they were broken up into the 110 mile one and the "big" ones. Less pressure! OK, I'm in for 200

6/4 10.3miles
6/6 14 miles

total: 24.3

Last month I did 500 with the longest being 56 miles. This month I will shoot for 600 with the longest being 100. On June 2, I did a 70 which is my second longest ride ever.

I start a new job on the 16th (after 9 months unemployment) so I need to hit the trail hard the first two weeks.

I really have no idea what a realistic goal will be for me so I'll shoot for this: 100 miles.

I took my first ride on April 10 and to date I have 75.95 miles on. But that was weather getting in the way, and almost a month off for injury.

So far this month I have:

6/4 5.53 miles
6/4 5.65 miles
6/6 6.29 miles
6/7 11.21 miles

MTD 28.68 miles

Probably won't make the numbers I had last month. Focus has changed as there is a TT I am doing late June so I'll be doing more 2x20's and 2 or 3 x30's along with other more focused intervals...

Last night was a puke-fest. 5x 40s @130%: 20s rest for a 5 min interval. By the 5th interval in each set my HR was recovered to just before 'asplodeBPM'
repeat 3x. Ufda

Power and HR for the entire ride was Z2 but my legs hate me today

Goal: 400
I haven't done more than 300 in any month so far this year, but I signed up for a century in July and I have to get some miles in! Commuted to work yesterday, 40 miles total.

No matter the answer, it will feel like eternity

For me personally, based on my indoor riding earlier this year, I'd do about "18" miles in an hour, according to the stationary bike, but I know in the past I average between 13-15, leaning toward the lower average early in the season. So I'd say for myself (being realistic and not overly generous) it'd be around 8 hours or so.

Last January when I did the Tour of Sufferlandria it looks like I averaged between 15 and 16 mph for the tour which was over 100 miles. YMMV I found that my trainer seemed harder than the Kurt kenetics trainers i use at my LBS during their spin classes.
