MTD: 112 of 400 Goal
YTD: 558 of 2000 Goal

I also ran my first ever 5K yesterday. I did it with my 9 year old daughter who has been doing the "Girls on the Run" program for the last few months. We finished in just over 37 minutes. Wow, running really uses different muscles than riding does! I didn't have any issues with the cardio part of it, but my legs were cramping pretty bad after I finished. It was a fun experience with my daughter though.

I've believe that the running helps with the bike bit. Just my observation

You screwed up. Should have ridden 30. Now it's not symmetrical.

I certainly didn't meant my goals for ALC.

Day 1 I did the whole 85 miles.
Day 2 I did about 15.
Day 3 I had to take off.
Day 4 I did 50 miles.
Day 5 I did 10.
Day 6 I rested.
Day 7 I did the whole 61 miles.

I went too hard on Day 1 climbing over 92 and pulled some muscles.
